Abstract

This study aimed at identify the level of effectiveness of training programs at the University of Science and Technology and its role in improving job performance. The result disclosed that there was a positive correlation between training programs and job-performance. The researchers recommend to improve the effectiveness of training at different stages and provide female more opportunity for training and participation
