Requirements for developing training and professional programs in government community colleges in the Republic of Yemen from the perspective of faculty members

The current study aims to identify: The requirements for developing training and professional programs from the perspective of faculty members in community colleges in the Republic of Yemen. And to know the statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty members in community colleges in the Republic of Yemen that are attributed to the variables (gender, years of experience). The descriptive survey approach was used to investigate the views on the reality of training and professional programs in Yemeni community colleges. The questionnaire tool was used as a tool for field application on a sample of (833) male and female members. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The three highest arithmetic averages in the responses of the study community members to the statements of the first field: political and legislative requirements for developing training and professional programs in government community colleges, were for statements No. (4, 5, 14, 6) in order, with arithmetic averages of (3.44, 3.44, 3.41, (3.40). The three highest arithmetic averages in the responses of the study community members to the statements of the second field: material and administrative requirements for developing training and professional programs in government community colleges, were for statements No. (2, 17, 3, 1) in order, with arithmetic averages of (3.37, 3.37, 3.34, (3.28). The three highest arithmetic averages Arithmetic in the responses of the study community members to the phrases of the third field: human and technical requirements for developing training and professional programs in government community colleges, and it became clear from the results that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) for the averages of the responses of the study sample members regarding the requirements for developing training and professional programs in government community colleges in the Republic of Yemen in the three fields (the field of political and legislative requirements, the field of material and administrative requirements, and human and technical requirements) according to the variable (gender), and the variable (years of scientific experience)
