The Explanatory Role of Emotional Intelligence in the Relationship between Organizational Health and Job Frustration: Soft Skills as a Moderating Variable with Application to Faculty Members at Saudi Universities

The study aimed to identify the explanatory role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between organizational health and functional frustration: soft skills as a modified variable by applying faculty members in Saudi universities. The problem of the study was the following main question: Does emotional intelligence explain the relationship between organizational health and functional frustration in light of soft skills. The descriptive curriculum used, the study relied on its random eye and designed a questionnaire for data collection, and the results of the analysis reached )98%), To analyze data and test hypotheses, descriptive statistics methods and path analysis were used through the statistical package of social sciences SPSS, and amos25, The most important results of the study: Emotional intelligence explains the relationship between organizational health, frustration and functional, and soft skills adjust the relationship between organizational health and emotional intelligence. The most important recommendations of the study: The university administration must be concerned with training in order to raise the efficiency of faculty members and develop their creative skills constantly, as well as contribute to increasing the quality of the teaching process by providing modern technologies and tools that support faculty members
