Job Satisfaction of Teachers of Secondary Education and its Relation to the Achievements of Third Year Secondary School Students, Department of Natural and Life Sciences, Field Study, Municipality of Sétif

Abstract

The aim of this research to answer is to find out the relationship between job satisfaction of secondary education teachers in the science of nature and life and the motivation of achievement of the third year secondary students of the Department of Nature and Life Sciences. To achieve the objectives of the study, The second is the achievement of Farouq Abdel-Fattah Moussa on a sample of 52 teachers in secondary education for natural sciences and life, 232 students and students of the third year secondary level of secondary education, the Department of Nature and Life Sciences. The results of the study yielded several results Zha pointed out that there is a statistically significant relationship between the high job satisfaction of secondary education teachers in natural sciences and life, and the high motivation of achievement of third year secondary students of the Department of Nature and Life Sciences
