Suggest a tool for measuring self-efficacy towards the nursing profession - Field study at the mother and child hospital Setif

Abstract

The comprehensive study aims to propose a tool to measure the variable self-efficacy towards the profession of nursing through the field of study of the Child and Mother Hospital in Setif (community available). In contrast, the study community was all nurses working in the hospitals of Setif. We have chosen the variable of self-efficacy, which was credited with being a distinguished literary heritage in the field of modern psychology, to the psychologist “Albert Pandora” who developed this concept through his theory of social learning. Several Arab and foreign studies have proved that the concept of effectiveness The TSCOSP theory of both Hackett and Bezt is considered to be a practical application of the theory of self-efficacy in the field of vocational and school guidance. Therefore, we will build on the interest model, since the ‘TSCOSP’ model contains w and as a methodological measure, we will rely on several tests of self-efficacy in the formulation of the scale items and alternatives, as well as the self-report method of nurses to express the factors that make their self-efficacy high.
