The study aimed to identify the effect of a training program using Fins Swimmingon the Development of Some Physical and Performance Skill in Backstroke Among Students of the Faculty of Physical Education. The researcher used the experimental method using pre and post measurement. The study sample consisted of (14) students of the swimming training course at the Faculty of Physical Education at Yarmouk University for the academic year 2020-2021. The training program consisted of (24) training units distributed over four weeks, with (6) training units per week and the time of the training unit (55) minutes, and a measurement of the elements of physical attributes (speed, muscular strength, speed endurance), as well as a measurement of performance time for a distance of (25) meters and (50) meters, and statistics were used such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation and (Z) test for double samples, The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement in the elements of physical attributes (speed, muscular strength, endurance of speed) and skill performance for a distance of (25m) and (50m). There is also an effect of the training program on improving achievement in swimming fins for female students, and the researcher recommends to take advantage of the training program using fins to develop some physical and skill traits in back crawl swimming
