Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of electronic training programs in developing behavioral and networking skills for eleventh-grade students in Marka District. The researcher used the procedural approach. The Study tools were the questionnaire consisted of 25 paragraphs that have been distributed based on the Triple Likert scale. In addition to that, a list for observing digital and behavioral skills. The sample of the study consisted of 90 female students from the second year of secondary school at Arwa Bint Abdul Muttalib Secondary School. The study found that the arithmetic mean for the pre-performance is 2.23 and for the post-performance 2.58. The T-test was used, and the value of "T" was a function at the level of significance (0.05). That shows the statistically significant differences in the directions between the pre and post applications of all students in the study sample and the differences were in favor of the post-application.The researcher also calculated the general average of the pre-skills monitoring list. The pre-overall rate was 60%, and the post-trial monitoring average was 85%. When comparing the two rates for the skills monitoring list, we find the post average rate rise with clear differences. This result indicates the role of electronic training programs in developing digital and behavioral skills for eleventh-grade students
