Abstract

The aim of this study, both theoretical and practical, is to highlight and define the nature of the relationship between the continuous improvement strategy in organizations as an essential dimension of total quality management (TQM) and its role in enhancing job performance as one of the outputs that the organization seeks to achieve. To achieve the objectives of this study, two questionnaires were developed and distributed to a sample of sixty workers, in two production establishments in the Wilayat of Oran, where the data were processed using the SPSS statistical package, The study concluded with its descriptive approach adopted by the researcher that there is a positive correlation with statistical significance between the two variables, the strategy of continuous improvement and job performance. The study also made it possible to highlight the importance of this topic in achieving the goals and success of organizations, and one of the most prominent recommendations of this study was the necessity of paying attention to the process of continuous improvement as it is one of the factors and determinants that are used in the development of organizations, especially if it is used to support and develop the job performance of employees
