The study aimed to determine the impact of the modern roles of human resources management on administrative creativity at the University of Science and Technology Hospital - Sana'a, and to determine the level of practice of modern roles of human resources management and the level of achievement of administrative creativity in the hospital. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection from 91 administrative and medical leaders in the hospital who were selected using the Complete Enumeration Survey Method. The study revealed that there was a positively significant impact of the modern roles of human resources management on administrative creativity at the hospital. This indicates that the higher the levels of practicing of the modern roles of human resource management, the higher the level of achievement of administrative creativity among the members of the study population. In addition, the most experienced role was that of the administrative expert, while the least was that of the employee advocate. Moreover, the level of achievement of administrative creativity was high, and the intellectual fluency was the least achieved dimension. The study recommended the hospital to strengthen the practices of modern roles of human resources management, especially the employee advocate role as it had the least role in the level of practice by the human resources management
