The objective of this article is to study the relationship between some of the demographic variables represented in seniority in work, scientific qualifications, age and achievement motivation among the cadres at General Kabel Industry- Biskra, through a field study applied on 163 cadres in the institution. The results found that there are statistically significant differences between the demographic variables (seniority in work, scientific qualification and age) and the motivation of achievement among the cadres of the institution and from this, we conclude that these variables affect the level of achievement motivation.
