The current study aims to identify the obstacles to quality of life at work for medical emergency nurses at Annaba University Hospital Center, in addition to revealing the differences in their response according to demographic variables (gender, years of work). To answer the study hypotheses, we adopted a descriptive approach. A form was designed to collect data related to the subject of the study. The study sample consisted of (35) nurses. The results of the study have revealed the availability of all dimensions of quality of life at work for nurses of medical emergencies except the dimension related to group work which is a medium indicator to the obstacles to quality of life at work of our study sample. There is, as well, no difference in the responses of the sample towards the obstacles to achieving quality of life at work according to the difference in demographic variables (gender, years of work)
