Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions of university professors on the role of human resources management in achieving total quality management in the university education institutions according to some demographic variables (gender variable, scientific qualification variable, scientific rank, seniority at work, age, social status). The results of the study showed thatt here are no statistically significant differences in the opinions of university professors on the role of human resources management in achieving total quality management in university education institutions according to some demographic variables (gender variable, scientific qualification variable, scientific rank, seniority at work, age, social status
