Abstract

We try in the next article, to clarify the various attitudes and most prominent strategies adopted in fighting graffiti phenomenon, both globally and in the Arab world, citing realistic examples of imaginary costs, and prominent global jurisprudence to reduce them. With a policy of propaganda, and deterrence, to policies of containment, and the subjugation intended, to the forced repressive campaigns, to tighten the sanctions against the graffitist practitioners, and their chase by exceptional security forces. This led to numerous judicial prosecutions, and considerable fines, In addition to the prison, and other sentences. Vary from one society to another, from one district to another and even from one city to another, according to the degrees of representations and uses of this social practice
