This study aims to identify the reality of the use of virtual and its challenges during the emerging Corona epidemic from the point of view of teachers. We relied on both quantitative and qualitative approaches, and to analyze the results, we used and the S. P. S.S. The most prominent results obtained showed that the weakness of teacher training and the absence of strategic planning for training courses contributed to the failure of the process of effectively employing virtual classrooms in the distance education process. The results also indicated that employing virtual classrooms in the distance education process faced a number of difficulties, the most important of which was the lack of readiness Teachers to employ this technology and their lack of motivation, which led to the failure to achieve the process of distance
