Sociological studies about standard of living of banker after the revolution of 14 January 2011 (Tunisian society of Bank as a practical case)

This article aims to do research about standard of living of banker in public sector after the revolution of 14 January 2011 with an emphasis on bank officer’s.In particular, considering the importance of this sector in economic fabric as a power of the development round, on one hand .On the other hand, our interest on category of banker is due to purely scientific reasons issued by the leadership role taken by this category in the economic system due to the decentralization on site of governance and execution in the financial sector. To achieve the scientific goal of this study, a methodology has been adapted which is based on the field study, relying on quantitative techniques represented by the questionnaire and qualitative techniques such as the interview and observation . Thanks to this study, we highlighted a dissatisfaction among the Tunisian bank official due to an acute imbalance between his financial resources (the monthly salary) and the satisfaction of his vital needs. This led to a decline in his social status
