Abstract

this article addresses the subject of territorial marketing in the southwestern coast of Casablanca. This area has been an ongoing intervention. The article focuses on two main ideas: analyzing the mechanisms adopted to increase the attractiveness of land, and the specific physical, social characteristics that characterized this marketing. Therefore .we followed a methodology based on the field investigation which produced a completed form In August 2017, as well as some documents and research related to the dynamics of coastal areas. Through the form data, we have reached some conclusions related to coastal marketing, which helps to establish a basis for valuing the marketing process
