Factors of Psychological Pressures and their relation to the Algerian Workers’ Professional Performance. "A study on a sample of Algerian workers via social networks – 2019"

This research paper aims to study the relationship between psychological stress factors (internal and external) and the professional performance of Algerian workers, as the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and the size of the study sample reached 200 workers belonging to economic institutions in Algeria. The results showed that there is no relationship between the external factors for the pressures that the workers are exposed to and their professional performance, while there is a weak statistically significant inverse relationship between the internal factors and their professional performance. On the other hand, the results showed that there are no differences between the occupational factors for psychological pressures attributable to the sector
