Abstract

Population Dynamics is interested in the study of the numerical changes resulted by fertility, death, and migration, and that later is divided into different types: external migration, and internal migration, and it's not a new phenomenon, but what's new is the change in its size, pattern, motives, and effects. And the importance of the study is that it contains the most important Population change indicator, and due to the absence of a clear government policy, And the lack of administrative and legal constraints and obstacles to the migration in Algeria whether to encourage it or to end it, and the size of internal migration and its flow is linked to forms of development and Economic, social and political developments in society, Factors and motives of attraction and expulsion that control this phenomenon, The main objective of the study is identify the size of internal migration, its directions and its flows in Algeria, and to know the coming and departing in every state of the country using indirect ways on the following numeration :1987-1998-2008
