The main issue of the research is the role of some psychological factors (aggression, anxiety, psychological stress,) of drivers involved in traffic accidents. To achieve this, we submitted a questionnaire that examines the role of psychological factors affecting the behavior of drivers. We applied the research tool to a sample of 326 drivers, Trough the current research, we concluded that traffic violations lead to traffic accidents, where psychological and social factors affect the commission of traffic violations, which cause traffic accidents among drivers. The study led that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the psychological factors (aggressive behavior, anxiety, psychological pressure) and the drivers' committing violations and traffic accidents
