Challenges that face supervisors and inspectors during continuous training of teachers

Abstract

This study knowing the most important problems that face headmasters and inspectors during doing their mission of continuous training (in-service) of teachers. Also it aims to determine the different responses of the sample according to the variables of profession and experience. To conduct this study the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, he/she used some statistics as well he/she used a questionnaire which was administered to 100 informants (headmasters / inspectors). The main results show that: -in the first place we have administrative problems, then equipment challenges. -there is no difference between the responses of the informants that is consoled to the variables of the study
