This research aimed at knowing the obstacles to the implementation of the comprehensive quality control assurance in Sana’a University. As well as knowing the most important factors of future success to overcome those obstacles in the dimensions (organizational, leading, human, financial and material). In order to proof that The researcher used the descriptive approach in order to achieve the aim of this study. The tool of this study actually contained (57) items. which both measure the variables of (faculty, the job and the years of experience). In the light of the study, it is clear that those obstacles (human, financial, material) occupied the degree (very big) whereas the obstacles (organizational and leading) occupied the degree (big). The suggestions (leading, human and financial) research the degree (very big) whereas the (organizational suggestions) came as (big).And the study sample consisted of (80) aspects The results also showed differences in the (financial obstacles) and the (leading suggestions) in favor of the faculties of human studies and the availability of differences of statistical significance for the job level in favor of the scientific departments chairmen The results also show absence of differences of statistical significance for the variable years of experience
