Abstract

In this intervention, we try to focus on mental health by addressing psychosocial risks, which today have become one of the complex problems in the field of work. These risks have become a threat to the stability of societies, especially with the development of methods and content of work. They also affect all groups and all professions, especially those characterized by complexity and dynamism. We are trying to show the importance of studying these risks in order to identify the factors that lead to them, how they can be addressed by diversifying the methods of analysing and studying them (qualitative and quantitative analysis), which allows the researcher to reach an accurate understanding of the actual reasons for their appearance among employees in different sectors such as postal and transportation, municipalities, hospitals, Education...etc., thus providing possible improvements to maintain the psychological and mental health of employees.
