Abstract

The process of caring for individuals and paying them attention is a key focus of every organization, It is very important to modify the behavior to serve the work organizations and to reduce the degree of dissonance between research and among the work organizations,The aim of this study was to identify sources of dissonance between academic research in psychology and psychological practice in labor organizations, Through the attempt to research the reality of scientific research and university training in Algeria, And monitor the most important sources of disharmony between scientific research in psychology and labor organizations, And the identification of the most important indicators of discrepancy or the gap between scientific and psychological research and labor organizations, and the procedures to be adopted to reduce the degree of dissonance between scientific research and psychological organizations
