Abstract

This research tries to analyze both: the importance of human relations in the work place, and their role in managing the psychological Burnout A qualitative analysis based on the theoretical heritage of this topic, shows the important role that the human dimension plays in work organizations, and from it appear its effectiveness by focusing on the working individuals, caring for their needs and also motivating them to make the required efforts in order to achieve their goals through a positive interaction which is based on respect, trust and dialogue And thus human relations have become an effective tool that contribute with a reasonable amount in improving the psychological conditions of the worker, and at the same time increasing his compatibility with his work, especially since He represents the active and influential member in the effectiveness of any organization. Therefore, it is possible to both confront and control the Burnout phenomenon, by the way of activating the human relations within the work organization
