Artificial intelligence in reducing the Stress of administrative work (Analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees at the University of Technology)

The research highlights the need for educational institutions to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionize administrative work practices, especially in manual processes that require accuracy and speed, especially since the target sample is executive employees who have a heavy workload (77) an individual working in various administrative tasks from different job titles at the University of Technology, which represents the study population, where the descriptive analytical approach was adopted by publishing a survey list consisting of five grades according to a five-point Likert scale, and using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that there is an urgent need to introduce artificial intelligence in implementing the details of administrative work in order to reduce the burdens and pressures on employees and make the work more accurate and fast. Which requires spreading a culture of change and moving from traditional to smart businesses
