This article aims to highlight the stage of relapse in people recovering from addiction. In which relapse does not mean failure of treatment, but is an important stage in treatment process, so the addicted person and his family must be aware of the relapse stage to avoid frustration and sense of failure. This article tries to address the causes of the relapse, its symptoms and the characteristics of the people at risk, as well as some intervention models designed to change behavior and change lifestyle to avoid relapse
