A sociological analysis of the protests of the youth in the Arab world

This paper will try to answer a central question having to do with the protests conducted by young people in the Arab World starting from the family to the whole system. A lot of confusion has been noticed in relation to understanding and explaining these protests as social actions. This is due in my opinion, to the fact that these protests were not expected. Expectations are usually built on the social roles and models. That is why this paper will try to analyze the ruptures undertaken by these movements through the concepts of expectation, role, models and social symbols, and social action
