Drugs are a serious scourge that threatens all segments of Algerian society, especially the youth, who suffer from internal conflict with themselves and with the family and social environment in which they live. In order to provide this group with balance and physical and psychological integrity, Dealing with addiction and developing the strategic plans necessary to implement them and provide and develop specialized programs in this field according to the best international practices applied.
