Abstract

Opening the way for women to create their own capacities, imposing their places, and developing their awareness is an urgent need for community and overall development as a whole, so that the empowerment of women is now receiving considerable and increasing attention from many States and global organizations, with the aim of removing women's restrictions and eliminating All forms of discrimination against them, opening the fields of education before them, qualifying them for senior positions and involving them in economic life. Algeria, along with Tunisia and Morocco, are among the countries that seek to improve the status and empowerment of women in various fields, so in this article we have tried to address the issue of empowering women in these countries by comparing the achievements of each country with each other in three key areas related to women's empowerment "Education--women's economic participation--and decision-making positions"
