Abstract

rural women in the northern regions of Morocco have known development, due to the economic development programs that have created radical transformations resulting from the implementation of huge economic projects, the most important of which are the harbor of Tangier Mediterranean and the Renault Nissan plant, which was completed on the soil of the province of El-Fahs Anjra. The port complex contributed to strengthening’ the educational structure in the region, which was created to cope with the transformations resulting from the completion of the port complex, and to prepare the soil of the region for integration into the socio-regional, national and international economic fabric, and to alleviate the fragility that the region has accumulated since the Spanish colonial phase. The groups of the Small Palace and Qsar Al Majaz are among the groups surrounding the port, and the groups most affected by the transformations resulting from its completion. In addition to the boat, several earthen actors have contributed to developing the earthy act, supporting village women, and encouraging them to revitalize civil society and participate in managing the soil issue in the two groups
