Abstract

The subject of work in organizations has been concerned with the concerns of intellectuals since ancient times, especially Muslim scholars such as Al-Farabi, Al-Mawardi, Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun. With the development of human societies, especially the period of economic depression experienced by the Western countries and in the early 1930s, the increasing interest in working in organizations has emerged several intellectual trends and theories that differed according to their intellectual origins. The pioneers of classical thought came from the idea of rationality, Working through an official group. The pioneers of behavioral thought considered that the organization is a group of individuals with common goals, as well as the psychological aspect of the workers, while the recent trends considered the organization a comprehensive integrated system affected and affects the environment.
