Abstract

The research goal is to find out the reality of strategic management in the community college of Amran in the Republic of Yemen from the viewpoint of academics and administrators in it, and to achieve the research goal, the descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (32) paragraphs distributed over three areas: (formulating the future direction, implementing the strategy, evaluating the strategy After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool and distributed it to a sample of (53) individuals, it was chosen in a comprehensive inventory method due to the small size of the research community, in the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Packages Program (SPSS), The results of the research concluded that the reality of strategic management in the Community College Amran at the level of the tool as a whole and at the level of its three fields came with a degree (medium). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the individuals in the research sample at the level of the tool's fields due to the "job title" variable. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences attributable to the variable "specialization" in favor of (human), and the variable "years of experience" in favor of the category of experience (less than five years) while there are no statistically significant differences at the level of the first field
