Abstract

This intervention addresses the phenomenon of the illegal migration of the Sahelian Africans, which take place along the border land route of the neighboring countries of Algeria and then to the maritime routes to reach Europe. This phenomenon has seen an increasing flow on Algeria in the recent period, which has led to the attention of the authorities as a real crisis that must be considered. However, Algeria as a strategic country was not immune to this phenomenon, which led to the emergence of several pests in society such as crime, drug proliferation and the emergence of smuggling networks. And therefore sought the rest of the States to make efforts to reduce or find a way out of this phenomenon to ensure security and community stability
