Abstract

Praise be to God، by whose grace good deeds are accomplished، and may blessings and peace be upon the master of eloquent speakers and speakers and upon his family، companions، followers، and those who follow them until the Day of Judgment. The aim of this research was to approach the method of resolving conflict according to the Hanafi school of thought، and the most important results reached can be presented as follows: -The methods of conflict according to the Hanafi school are not limited to solving legal problems only، but also extend to devising flexible solutions that are compatible with contemporary developments، and through the use of these legal tools such as (abrogation، weighting، combination and compatibility falling out). - Definition of conflict linguistically and idiomatically - Statement of its conditions 0 - Explaining the types of conflict، and explaining the ruling on conflict - The examples mentioned reflect how the Hanafi deal with the conflict between the legal evidence in contemporary applications، and through the use of analogy and ishsan، the Hanafi jurists seek to bring the legal texts into line with the variables of the modern era. With this، I reach the conclusion of the research. However، defects and mistakes are among the characteristics of workers، and change and difference are part of the nature of human beings، and this is one of the greatest lessons about the mastery of human beings.
