This common interest among different disciplines illustrates the value and the importance of the problem of organizational communication Even though, contemplation in this subject makes the researcher on front of two basic aspects of the approach; The first one is represented by the classical theoretical approaches which reduces communication in the mechanism of transferring information or news, according to certain models developed. The second one is adopted by the approaches of social sciences such as sociology in general; sociology of organizations and enterprise, which according to A.Mucchielli has been able to overcome the lack of understanding of technical approaches.
