Abstract

The changes that have affected the field of media and communication in Arab society lead us to work in order to have the strategic area of information and communication that is thinking of the Arab community, by creating exceedance of the dominant trends in Arab research. Does the approach of the sociology of usage frees the researcher from the obsession of technology and push it to research the phenomena based on a network of theoretical concepts that is able to analyze the empirical forms of social appropriation to the technology versus communication processes within a community? And to make a break with the technical thoughts obsessed with the extraordinary and revolutionary effects of technology and the orientation towards communicative thought that deals with central themes related to social appropriation, the construction of new social relations (uses social) ?
