This article treat the sociological studies andinstitution topic, where attention to the Sociology of the Institution is delayed as a result of reasons and of these reasons is the exist of specialities: Work sociology, Organization Sociology. The Sociology of the Institution has been established as a result of the critical studies of the former two fields, it’s characterized by it has an impact on society as well as its openness to the ocean and the production of social values, that which proves the difference between the Sociology of Work, Sociology of the Organization and Sociology of the Institutionis not just difference of names but it’s difference in approaches and the nature of problemes
