Keywords:
sociology of public action, analysis of public policiesAbstract
Public policies areconsidered one of the keys to understanding state developments and societal dynamics, so analyzing them was an intellectual bet that occupied the minds of specialists in various scientific fields. Political science was the first to analyze it, and it intersected with many other fields such as administrative sciences and sociology. The plurality of disciplines has resulted in the multiplicity of approaches to analysis, approaches to dealing with issues that require analysis of public policies. In this context, the ambiguity of the distinction between the topics and approaches adopted by political science and the sociology of public action has emerged. Through this article, we will attempt to highlight the boundaries between these two scientific fields through three levels: their themes, their approaches, and their deliberate approaches to public policy analysis
