The concept of the condition according to the fundamentalists, its reality, its validity, and its effect
Keywords:

The concept of the condition is an apparent, non-conclusive proof according to the majority of theologians, by which rulings are proven if its conditions are met, whether it refers to what is spoken or what is not said about it. The Hanafis do not see the validity of the concept of condition and do not confirm the rulings with it. All scholars agree that suspending the ruling on a condition It indicates that that ruling is proven when that condition exists, and that the subject of dispute among scholars regarding the concept of the condition is limited to the extent to which restricting the ruling to the linguistic condition in the legal texts indicates the absence of the ruling when the condition is absent, and that the disagreement of scholars regarding invoking the concept of the condition has a major impact in the branches of jurisprudence
