MERIDIAN ATMOSPHERIC CIRCULATION (MAC) AND EXTREME RAINFALL IN NORTHERN MOROCCO

During the last decades, Morocco is under the influence of a new predominant Meridian hemispheric Atmospheric Circulation (MAC).
