Abstract

Through this paper, we have tried to shed light on organizational values and effective leadership by searching and exploring how the leader stands as an important actor who aims to highlight a set of organizational values in an attempt to establish and implant them within members, which may ultimately enable him eventually to make a leadership style an effective character. In this regard, we must say that this effectiveness is manifested through the ability to adapt to external urgent circumstance, as well as finding solutions and proposing alternatives to internal problems affecting institutions, such as conflict between organizational and personal values. In this context, the current study was devoted to answering a key question which is: Does the leader contribute to the consolidation of organizational values along the members of his team? A case study approach was used to study the society represented by some leaders within the Natural Gas Liquefaction Complex of SKIKDA, the sample was selected intentionally which included eighteen, within which we were able to collect data using the two techniques of observation and interview as appropriate tools to this type of study. After discussion and analysis, the study reached the conclusion that the leader contributes to the consolidation of organizational values of the members of his team within the Natural Gas Liquefaction Complex, and this is through the contribution of organizational values in increasing the effectiveness of team members, as well as the role of organizational values in adopting leadership style and also the role of the values conflict in reducing the effectiveness of leadership
