Abstract

the great development that we are living today has contributed to the creation of his ideas ,and beliefs that may negatively affect the values of society.this relation ship between values and media ,when the role of this latter exeeds in the delivery of information to a key factor in the stabilization of values in the society .and for his importance we wanted to study through the algerian electronic media bay asking the folollowing question :what are the social values that exist in the electronic newspapers?
