The human resources is the fundamental and essential element and ingredient in developing organizations, That strive and seek utilizing creativity and administrative empowerment modern techniques in administration. The survey’s goal and summary is to measure the impact of administrative empowerment and its versatile dimension on employees of alfurat/central district electric power general directorate-Iraq, The study executive summary based on a statistical analysis of (40) paragraphs of data conducted on (70) participants with (68) response to gather data for analysis on business organizations by utilizing the statistical package for social studies software program (SPSS) , The survey’s results were as follows: Administrative empowerment in its versatile dimension has a positive impact and correlation between management and employees creative behavior of sample survey study, The dimensions of (authority delegation and motivation of employees) has the greatest impact in this statistical survey Study
