Abstract

This study aimed to examine the role of organizational justice dimensions in reducing the behavior of Work alienation of the opinions of a sample of workers at Basra University. To achieve this goal, the researcher conducted a field study at Basra University. In light of this, the researcher conducted a process of data analysis and hypothesis testing using statistical methods to find out the sample members ’perceptions of organizational justice dimensions and the behavior of work alienation. The study revealed a set of results that are summarized in that there is an important role for organizational justice dimensions in reducing the behavior of work alienation. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is limiting the phenomenon of (work Alienation). Work should be done to provide opportunities for creativity and innovation for workers in order to encourage them to provide job stability in the workplace.
