Considered with special needs category of the most important category in the community in need of care and attention by the society and the state, and what has helped is the remarkable progress in the development of special programs to care for the families of children with special needs and teach them how to deal with their children and raise them the appropriate methods, as well as technological advances in hardware technical and medical instruments, sports equipment for children with disabilities.
