Abstract

The tribe is a flexible concept that is subject to multiple sociological uses. It is a socio-political organization, and a total phenomenon, on the one hand, and an abstract spot that contains the transformations of reality with its multiple expressions on the other hand. The tribe can be considered as a social construction that accompanies the transformations of society in some Arab countries through multiple and successive historical stages.
