This paper aims to give a reading theory of the concept of time management.Time management has become one of the most important modern administrative philosophies adopted by aspiring institutions in the workplace. All material and human resources are losing their value to time as a vital resource on which all resources depend. We will discuss the concept of time management and its most important themes and effective ways of managing it.
