The Algerian Universities and the requirements of community development in light of the adoption of knowledge management processes: “Analytical reading in fact and prospects”

Abstract

This research paper is trying to identify the reality of community development and its requirements by diagnosing the functions of the Algerian University in the light of the trend towards adopting knowledge management processes, focusing mainly on the processes of: production, generation, dissemination and implementation of knowledge. In order to arrive at comprehensive scientific conclusions, the study adopted the method of searching for the context of the university concept, its implications, its dimensions, and its goals in light of the actualization of knowledge management. Not to mention the monitoring of the most important obstacles that stand as a barrier to the formation at the level of practice, With recommendations to strengthen and promote them towards the levels of major international universities. This study was based on the presentation, analysis and criticism based on intellectual and theoretical references and important statistics that help to highlight the reality of community development based on the outputs of higher education and scientific research in Algeria
