Adaptation of R. Karasek Job Content Questionnaire on middle school teachers

The present study aimed to determine the psychometric properties of validity and reliability in Karazek’s content questionnaire (JCQ) version 27 items on the Algerian environment. For this purpose, the original questionnaire has been translated into Arabic (was translated and back translated complying with the JCQ usage policy), then the translated version has been applied after making sure that it contains no mistakes on a random sample made up of (84) middle school teachers from Oum El Bouaghi Wilaya
