It concluded that the process of digitizing local administration enabled the exploitation of information and communication technology, which led to the creation of new mechanisms and methods of work to devote community participation, and this helped In establishing transparency in administrative work, digital technology has also enabled the existence of direct two-way communication channels, from the government to the citizen, and from the citizen to the government through electronic consultation, thus enabling him to participate effectively in choosing the best alternative to address issues in various fields and sectors. .
